We recommend you allocate 2 hours for groups up to 4, 2.5 hours for groups of 6, and 3 hours for groups of 8+.
Please note: On days of quieter footfall, we may shut the restaurant earlier than listed at the discretion of the management.

Knowing We Are The Right Venue For You

We are no ordinary restaurant; we’re a plant-based venue with changing menus, and as such, we urge people to scan through our menu before committing. If you decide that we’re not for you on this occasion, please cancel no less than 5 hours before scheduled arrival. Those who book with us, arrive, and then leave after deciding that “we are not for them” will be subject to our No-Show policy, and will consequently be enforced with penalty of £25 per person. Groups of 6+ & Private Venue Hire

If you would like to book for a group larger than 6, or to hire our restaurant for a private or corporate event, please email with a suitable contact number, and we will see how we can tailor the Késarum experience for you. Private hire is available any day of the week. We prefer you get in touch with us at least two days in advance for groups larger than 6, and two weeks for private venue hire. Groups of 12 and above count as private venue hire, and will be subject to an additional flat venue hire fee. We add a service charge to groups of 6 and above, and private venue hire.

Children & Babies

We currently do not have any high chairs or a baby change facility; please bear this in mind when booking/visiting. We do not have children’s menus.

Special Dietary Requirements

If you have special dietary requirements, or any special allergies/genetic aversions please email and we will see how we can tailor the Késarum experience for you. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. 

At present, we are unfortunately unable to cater for those adhering to a Sattvika/Jain diet.

 Information about our operation

We are currently a team of three operating a full restaurant service. Though we will endeavour to accommodate walk-ins, we urge all guests, both returning and prospective to book beforehand to avoid being turned away, and help us space out our guests accordingly. We further request that people arrive on time for their reservations; we hate to keep guests waiting too long, and late arrivals put immense pressure on our tiny team to turn over food orders in reasonable time. We thank you for your forbearance in advance and look forward to seeing you. 

Booking Policy

Please endeavour to arrive on time for your pencilled reservation. Late arrivals put immense pressure on our tiny team to deliver food and drink in reasonable time.

 Cancellations & No-Shows

On any given day, we do our preparations in proportion to the number of guests we expect. When reservations are confirmed, we often have to turn away other prospective customers. By the time people fail to turn up, or cancel beyond the cancellation period, we have already turned away others, waiting for people who never arrive. Consequently, those seats are often not filled for the night, and we’ve lost business on both counts. Additionally, food prepared for that particular day is not turned over for the next. This is financially detrimental for a tiny operation such as ours.
Hence, we will accept cancellations in email up to 5 hours before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel your reservation less than 5 hours before your scheduled arrival, or if you fail to turn up to your reservation, a penalty of £25 per person will be enforced. This will also apply to people who book within the cancellation period. For late arrivals, provided we are notified, we may be able to hold your table, and will do our best to accommodate you. Given our small team, we are too busy to chase people, so please let us know if you will be running late. Thank you.

You’ll receive booking confirmations and reminders through our reservation partner, Sugarvine Tables. Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes of booking, please get in touch with us at If we have a reservation on file, and people fail to turn up, “we didn’t get an email” will not be accepted as a valid reason, and the £25 per person penalty will apply.
