Groups of 6+ & Private Venue Hire
If you would like to book for a group larger than 6, or to hire our restaurant for a private or corporate event, please email info@kesarum.co.uk with a suitable contact number, and we will see how we can tailor the Késarum experience for you. Private hire is available any day of the week. We prefer you get in touch with us at least two days in advance for groups larger than 6, and two weeks for private venue hire. private venue hire will be subject to an additional flat venue hire fee. We add a service charge to groups of 6 and above, and private venue hire.
Children & Babies
We currently do not have any high chairs or a baby change facility; please bear this in mind when booking/visiting. We do not have children’s menus.
Special Dietary Requirements
If you have special dietary requirements, or any special allergies/genetic aversions please email info@kesarum.co.uk and we will see how we can tailor the Késarum experience for you. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice.
At present, we are unfortunately unable to cater for those adhering to a Sattvika/Jain diet.
Information about our operation
We are a small but dedicated team of three; two in the kitchen and one in the front; dedicated to bringing you a memorable dining experience. While this may occasionally lead to slightly longer wait times for food or drinks, we promise a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout your visit. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to welcome you!
Booking Policy
Cancellations & No-Shows
We’re a small, close-knit restaurant with limited space and a tiny team, so we plan each day carefully based on the number of guests we expect. When you confirm a reservation, we dedicate that space to you, and often have to turn away others who would love to join us. Unfortunately, when people cancel late or don’t show up, we’ve already reserved that space and turned others away, which means we’re left with empty seats and food specially prepared for the night that can’t be reused. This has a big impact on our small business.
To help us serve everyone better, we simply and kindly ask that any cancellations be made via email at least 5 hours before scheduled arrival. We truly hate enforcing penalties, but if you cancel within that 5-hour window or don’t show up, we’ll need to charge a £20 per person fee. This also applies to bookings made within that 5-hour window. We also recognise that sometimes real life loves to get in the way of our plans and that emergencies do happen. If so, get in touch, we will review the situation case-by-case, and we’ll try to come to a solution that works for all of us.
If you’re running late, just let us know! We’ll do our best to hold your table and accommodate you. Since we’re a small team, we may not always have the time to follow up, so we really appreciate your communication.
