Our Menus

At Késarum, our menus are a thoughtfully curated journey through India's diverse regional cuisines. Every six months, we embark on an intensive three-month research process to create authentic dishes that honour traditional preparation methods while incorporating French techniques. Each plate represents weeks of experimentation and scientific rationale, staying true to classical authenticity while introducing seasonal organic ingredients and creative elements. Our menu showcases the incredible culinary diversity found across the Indian subcontinent, where cooking styles can change dramatically every 50 kilometres.

Complementing our food is our meticulously selected wine list, where every bottle is vegan-friendly and mostly organic. We spend 6-8 hours scrutinising each element of every dish alongside potential wine pairings, ensuring perfect harmony between food and drink. All wines are available by the glass and in various sizes, allowing you to experience a tasting menu approach in a relaxed setting. This careful curation means you can enjoy multiple pairing options with each dish, creating a complete sensory experience that celebrates the exuberant flavours of India.
